What are the benefits of Refirme therapy?

ReFirme is a safe, noninvasive therapy that dramatically repairs skin laxity and reduces fine lines. This new and exciting treatment option leaves skin smoother, firmer, and more youthful without the risks and recovery required by surgical procedures. The results are natural-looking and require minimal maintenance to keep you looking your best.

How does Refirme treatment work?

ReFirme utilizes the latest advances in aesthetic restoration technology to tighten the skin while restoring volume and contour through the production of new collagen. It is the only skin tightening treatment that combines infrared light and radio frequency technology to significantly improve the skin’s tone and elasticity.

When infrared light is applied to the skin, it heats the tissue, enhancing the ability of radio frequency to penetrate deeper into the dermal layers. This radio frequency energy causes the skin to contract and tighten while promoting collagen production over a span of at least 90 days, known as Collagen Remodeling. As collagen continues to regenerate, you’ll observe noticeable enhancements in your skin’s tone and contour, resulting in a tighter and firmer appearance.

Is Refirme safe?

ReFirme is a safe, noninvasive therapy approved by the FDA. There is little or no risk of serious complications from treatment. In very rare cases, some may experience swelling around the treated area. The most common side effects experienced by our clients are redness and mild tenderness in the treated areas. All of these side effects are temporary and should disappear within a few days.

How long does the Refirme treatment take?

The length of the treatment time depends on the area treated. In general, treatment time is approximately 45 minutes. Following the treatment, no recovery time is necessary, and you will be able to return to your daily activities. As a result, you can easily schedule your ReFirme treatment during your lunch hour or between other appointments.

Is the Refirme treatment painful?

Absolutely not! Because of the combination of infrared light and radio frequency energy used in ReFirme therapy, the treatment is painless. The Refirme treatments available at Perfect Body laser are completely comfortable.

How many Refirme treatments will I need to see results?

While many of Perfect Body Laser’s clients experience an immediate improvement, an initial series of three treatments is recommended for clients to receive the optimal results of ReFirme therapy. Advanced skin laxity may require up to five treatments.

How long will Refirme last?

Following ReFirme treatment, we recommend that our clients practice optimal skin care to maintain results. This includes avoiding excessive sun and UV exposure, using gentle cleansers, effective hydrating moisturizers and applying a daily SPF 30 sunscreen. Conscientious skin care extends the effects of Collagen Remodeling, maximizing the benefits of the ReFirme treatment and will ultimately increase the length of time between maintenance sessions. In most cases, when skin is well taken care of, clients can enjoy the results of ReFirme therapy for years before maintenance treatments are needed.
